Massage Therapy

    Massage therapy is the perfect compliment to physiotherapy services.  Our therapists are the experts in relieving tight, sore muscles and making them feel alive again.  Sports, remedial, Swedish and Shiatsu techniques are all available in a variety of time frames.


    Massage fees starting from: Massage (30mins) $66.50; Massage (60mins) $102.50; Massage (90mins) $143.50

Hydrotherapy

Immerse yourself in our pool and discover the perfect medium for therapeutic exercise

    Our custom built hydrotherapy pool is maintained at 33-34oC all year round.  With ramp and hoist access and all therapeutic exercise equipment provided, it is the perfect medium exercising and rehabilitating.  An Initial Physiotherapy appointment is required prior to accessing the pool to ensure suitability and set goals.


    Initial Physiotherapy Consultation (40mins) $136.00; Hydrotherapy (1:1, 60mins) $99.00; Hydrotherapy (Independent, 60mins) $33.90

Payment and Rebates


Account Payment

Payment is required at the time of consultation for all services across all clinics. We are only able to issue accounts to a third party where that party is a business (eg. an employer) who has a previously arranged agreement with Movement For Life Physiotherapy.

Private Health Insurance Rebates

At Movement For Life Physiotherapy, all our clinicians are registered health practitioners so you can claim from your Private Health Fund at the time of appointment. Please contact your Private Health Insurance provider to verify which services you are covered for.

EFTPOS & Credit Cards

EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available at all of our clinics.

Medicare Referrals

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans


The Medicare allied health and dental care initiative allows chronically ill people who are being managed by their GP to access Medicare rebates for some allied health services.

    These items are designed to improve care of patients with chronic conditions and complex care needs by funding a limited number of allied health services for patients in the EPC program.


    If your GP has referred you for Physiotherapy under an EPC plan, please contact our reception staff to discuss the rebate and any out of pocket expenses.

    If you have been injured at work or been involved in a motor vehicle accident and require treatment, please provide a referral from your doctor, and have the details of your insurer and your claim number available at the time of booking your appointment.


    If you don't have this information at the time of booking, let our receptionist know and we will assist you in getting this information.

Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA)


Movement for Life Physiotherapy welcomes Veteran's Affairs card holders.

    DVA Gold and White Card holders require a Doctor’s referral before we can direct any physiotherapy accounts to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. 


    DVA Gold Card holders with a current physiotherapy referral (issued in the last 12 months) do not require a new referral from a doctor and can present directly to us to assist with any manageable condition.


    Please note that for white card holders, your referral must indicate the specific injury / body part that is needing treatment. Referrals are valid for 12 months after which time you will need to obtain a new referral before we can continue providing treatment.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)


Movement for Life Physiotherapy are proudly registered as providers under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and are QIP Accredited Physiotherapy clinics.

    • Advice on Transfers within the Home & out in the Community
